I still think there's some kind of update that you have to do in order to load this final game achievement. I am not going to try this because I just started it all over for no reason and because the guy that popped this achievement today said he popped the achievement without getting to that 5th game. Then you can go in and try to get to that 5th game. And be sure to choose delete saved game data everywhere when given the option. Then find your saved game data(not the 4GB reserve data) and delete your saved game data.
If anyone wants to try this method, the easiest way to start over is to just press start on the prelude and go to manage game. Them cut scenes make you hold your head and look down the entire time.
Maybe if you get to that 5th game(by winning the 4th game) and losing that 5th game, it could be a work around to this loading screen not loading. There is one thing I have not done yet that may work and that's get to the 5th college game BEFORE you enter the draft. I think you may need to stay in there longer but I doubt it. I tried this in the prelude by going into 2KU mode but it has yet to work. I had the same issue with NBA 2K17 and you had to go into practice mode and wait for a little yellow update at the bottom right of the screen. The only thing I can think of right now is that the game needs to update itself. It's a pain watching all them cut scenes over and over.
